beautiful fashion video showing the Yves Saint Laurent 2008 fall/winter collection.
a triptych video piece with great use of lighting, editing and of course very nice clothes!! Simple yet complex and it manages to have a narrative while being abstract! wow! also love the fact that they chose to use only one model to show the whole collection!
This was shown instead of doing a “regular” catwalk. Imagine seeing this live (meaning big) it must have been amazing!
Respect to the designer and director!
oh ya and some slow-mo in there too… which seems my recurring theme lately…
